Ilona Sheehan: Team manager / Finance Manager

Ilona is responsible for managing the team and the project. She works closely with the others to ensure the project runs smoothly, offering help when needed such as aiding with securing sponsorship. In addition to this she organises the budget and allocates money to certain areas such as team uniforms.

 

Kayla Byrne: Resource Manager & Design Engineer

Kayla’s role is to research the cost and suitability of resources needed for the project such as those to make the car. She also collaborates with Ella on the overall styling of the car through her role as design engineer.

 

Grace Daly: Marketing & Sponsorship Manager

Grace is the person who generates sponsorship from potential sponsors by contacting businesses. She also markets the brand through her social media campaign and other methods or generating interest and income. She liaises closely with Ilona as finance manager in relation to income.

 

Ella Galvin: Manufacturing Engineer & Graphics Designer

Ella’s role is to make the car itself and apply the final touches by hand. She works with Kayla to report and solve any problems concerning the manufacturing of the car. Ella is also responsible for brainstorming colour schemes and the final designs of the car. These decisions must be communicated to the marketing manager so that she may advertise appropriately.
